Artwork must be compatible on the following programs:
An Illustrator file, version CS2 or earlier is the preferred format. Never embed an image in an Illustrator file, this is unacceptable.
Quark Express 4.04 and previous
All Photoshop files need to be at least 300 dpi.
If you are sending artwork on a disk, the following requirements must be met:
Download CD, DVD, or email.
Please provide the file name of the artwork.
Convert all fonts, include fonts, and font suitcases (both screen and printer), OR convert all fonts to outlines. There will be no need to send fonts.
Send hard copy of artwork along with the disk. This ensures that all correct information is contained on the disk, and can be returned if necessary.
Save graphic format in in either EPS, TIFF of PDF format. All fonts must be converted to paths or else all fonts used must be included with the artwork. When using Postscript fonts, please be sure to include both the screen and printer font files.
Artwork with bleeds require an extension of 3/32" past the live area.
