If you are a consumer (cannot provide a Federal EIN) and have paid for your transaction via Pay Pal, Bluff City will refund your paid amount minus 4%.   You will need to place your order on our consumer site at www.healthaccessories.com

RETURNS:

Bluffcitywholesale.com gladly accepts returns under the following conditions:

You may return anything to us as long as the product is NOT opened and the product is sellable (not bent, warped or damaged) to another person.  Wrap your returns well so they do not get damaged in transit.  Any damaged returns WILL NOT get credit.  Bluffcitywholesale.com will be the one who determines and decides whether a product is damaged and whether we will issue a refund in this circumstance.

Products returned as the result of wrongdoing by Bluffcitywholesale.com will receive a 100% refund and/or a correction in our mistake.

Products returned that are not the fault of Bluffcitywholesale.com will be charged with a 25% restocking fee regardless of quantity or price of the item.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Orders over 180 days old are considered final. No exceptions!

Exchanges: 

We will issue credit for your returns on your last order following the above conditions.  If you wish to get a different product, you will need to then go back to www.bluffcitywholesale.com and re-order.

If the wrong item is sent or there is a fault of ours, we will need for you to send the incorrect product back to us at the address below.  We will refund you the shipping costs when we receive your package.  A replacement item or corrected item will be sent out immediately via the USPS.
