We ship via the U.S. Postal Service or FedEx. The costs of each are shown during the checkout process. You will know your exact shipping charge before payment is made.
Yes we ship to APO/FPO and internationally.
All products are in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the web site. Occasionally unexpected high sales levels of a particular product happen, and we cannot get the web site updated quickly enough to reflect a backordered item.
In stock orders are shipped in 24-48 hours depending on the time your order is placed. We are sorry, but we do not offier same day shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: Although the international transit time is generally 7-14 days, occasionally an order to Canada or the United Kingdom will be delayed for customs, but we do not know for sure. Occasionally these orders take approximately one month to arrive. This is a delay outside of our control and is not grounds for a refund or second shipment.
Your items are guaranteed to arrive unbroken in good condition to U.S. addresses. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date and ask if you want a replacement or a full refund.
Although we do ship internationally, we are not responsible for damaged items shipped to addresses outside of the U.S.A.
We will contact you by email if your order is returned to us by the shipper as a result of an incorrect address.
We will re-ship such an order for the same shipping cost, (prepaid), as for the original shipment only after you confirm by email that the address is correct, or supply us with a different address.
